"I have 20 days left before /until I start working there."

Which conjunction is natural and is there a meaning difference between them? Thank you great people there as usual.

Thank you and I have been thinking about your answer and I was wondering if 'before' and 'until' are interchangeable all the time or only in the kinds of sentences? I really hope to hear from you again.
