hi guys............there is one doubt in my mind n i want u to pls remove it by helping me.....................

what is the meaning of the following sentence:------

I have had really a bad day.

And also tell me that what is the significance of using both 'have' and 'had' in the same sentence?Is it gramatically correct to use both of them in the same sentence?...........if yes then in which cases i can use both of them in the same sentence...............pls also give some examples (if possible) similar to my problem to make it clear.

what is the meaning of the following sentence:------ I have had really a bad day.

I have had a really bad day. = I have had a very bad day.

I have really had a bad day. = I have truly had a bad day. (or) I have certainly had a bad day.

Here in this sentence 'have' as helping verb and had as the main verb.
