I had to send an email to support for work please help

I had to send an email to support for work to explain something, it isn't going to make sense but could you tell me if the phrasing is correct?

- I've filled out the report. I've re checked the different reports to make sure that I hadn't made a mistake typing in the numbers in each report and I haven't, yet the last to columns are off by 2.00. They stand/are at -2 when they should be at 0. I tried changing all the numbers one by one by 2.00 and when I changed that specific column the columns that were previously at -2 were now at 0. I'm guessing the problem comes from this report and it being off by 2.00. Could you tell me what to do please?
