I am reportin the steps I have taken to I- search high blood pressure. High blood pressure is a disorder that should not be taken lightly. From the interview I found that my mother had basically told me the answers to some of the question that I was searching for. I continued my by gatering my sources from the intertnet and magazines. Followin that here are some tips that I have read upon.

1. That high blood pressure is a disorder not a disease
2. Take high blood pressure seriouly because anyone can go a while without knowing it.
3.By cutting back on fat and cholesterol, avoid excess salt, mangae your stress, lose weight if needed, and limit calcium and magnesium
4. Most importanly pay attention to the medication your are talking.

Please help, mountainhiker anybody. I have to turn my report in tomorrow
