Sounds a bit odd.

You can just say: "I got 4 stitches yesterday."

I got 4 stitches in my hand yesterday.

Is it correct?

IMO:
I had my wound closed/treated with 4 stitches yesterday.

I suppose it depends on context. Flora's is the sort of thing you say to a friend. Marius's is the sort of phrase you write on a sick report for work.

Actually, Marius's sounds like you got the wound "at some time" in the past, and yesterday was when it was stitched.

I got a wound that required four stitches yesterday has both the injury and the "stitching" taking place yesterday.
