This is past perfect tense.
The past perfect tense is the past of "have" + past participle of the main verb.

The forms of "come", an irregular verb, are:
come (infinitive) , came (past), come (past participle)

So here is the present perfect:
I have come
You have come
She has come
We have come
They have come

And here is the past perfect:

Why is it come and not came since I had already came back from Taiwan so shouldn't it be in a past tense?
