1. I had it done yesterday.2. I had it done. 3. I have it done. 4. I have it done yesterday. Do the above statements refer to the action or the resultant state?What is the difference in meaning between the 2 and the 3.Is the 4 grammatical?
5. I had a pacemaker implanted.Does the 5 imply the pacemaker is still in there or it could've been removed for some reason? If it is possible for both, how would one make it clearer?
