'got' can be used informally to mean 'caught' with regards to diseases. Stomach pain and back pain are not diseases and cannot be 'caught' or 'got'. Did you have a nice holiday?

If you just mean to make a simple statement of your current condition then 'have' is correct. I have malaria. I have a stomach pain. I have back-ache.

I wouldn't say "I got back pain," but I think "I got a backache" or "I got a stomach-ache" would be okay.
