I got all the scotch tape for you now

Woman: Chips, what happened to the scotch tape?

Man: Won’t be a minute.

Woman: By the time he brings me the scotch tape, Christmas will have come and gone.

Man: What are you mumbling about?

Woman: I said by the time you bring me the tape, Christmas will have come and gone.

Man: I’ll just be a minute. There, got it.

Woman: Ha, ha, ha, Chips!

Man: I got all the scotch tape for you now, Frankie, but this tape sure is sticky.

Woman: Sticky tape is meant to be sticky.

I have two questions:

1- What does “There, got it” mean?

2- What does “I got all the scotch tape for you” mean?

Thank you
