I get weak then i am strong meaning

I was listening to a song by Kandi, in it she talks about the pain and sufferings she'd endured as a result of losing a loved one/brother. But then there's a line in a song that says: "I get weak then i am strong". Does it mean that although she's been weakened by her past unfortunate experiences of suffering a loss, she is still strong. Or does it mean that she's now weak but then she was strong before her loss?

I think she's saying that there are times when she remembers the loss of her brother and feels weak and helpless. Then she remembers how her brother supported her and loved her, and then she feels strong.
