I get up at 7 o'clock. VS. I always get up at 7 o'clock.

I get up at 7 o'clock. VS. I always get up at 7 o'clock.

I think that there is not much difference in meaning. What do you native English speakers think?

Well, in the second 'always' adds information that is not necessarily given by the first. I can say the first if I normally get up at seven. I may not feel the need to add that on occasion I get up at six or eight.
