I forget what I learned a lot!

Greetings everyone ,

Well I have this issue for quite sometime and I didn't take any action to solve it. I read/write in English. So, most of the time I'm learning a lot of new words everyday.

But the problem is I forget them directly after 1 day or more.

So, is there anything could help in my situation ? I started using sticky notes but I still forget the words meaning and the use of them too Emotion: tongue tied .

Hi; Don't feel bad about this. Studies have shown that young children need only a few repetitions to add a new word into their vocabulary. Older people need much more reinforcement.
