I feel something not right with the grammar, but don't know how to fix it !

For preorder item, we only can ship to you after the item reached to our warehouse, please check the item "Release date" date.

I can only guess what you're trying to say. I don't know what you mean by "preorder", and I don't understand what sort of thing has to be checked, and why. We can only ship pre-ordered items after they reach our warehouse, so please check "Release date" if you are pre-ordering.

What I'm trying to say is:

"Ready Stock" delivery time is 3-5 workings days.
but "Pre-order items" cannot be ship out within 3-5 working days, it may take longer, only when the items release by manufacturer and reach to our warehouse, each "Pre-order items" have their rel
