Ok, so would it sound more natural if I used the idiom "I feel breezy"?
Or is this expression not very well known to native speakers?
Thanks

I haven't heard of it. But that's OK. You can use it metaphorically.

Ok, yeah, but I'm trying to find some phrase that a native speaker might have heard before.
So, if I say "I feel brilliant", does it sound natural and is it obvious what I mean? Or can't you feel brilliant and only be brilliant?

Yes. It means that you feel very very smart right now, as if you just solved a puzzle that stumped everyone else.

Can it also be regarded as a synonym for feeling fine / good / great?

It's not a synonym. But if someone is feeling very smart, wouldn't that also imply that they feel good about it?

There are native speakers who use it that way, informally. It would be a much better choice than your other suggestions which would leave many people bewildered.
