"I feel like" or "it feels like"?

Should I say "I feel like" or "it feels like"? Are both these sentences, which sound informal, acceptable?

I feel like I'm walking on fire.
It feels like I'm walking on fire.

AylShould I say "I feel like" or "it feels like"?
You can say either one or the other. Both are acceptable. (I would say the second one if it were my choice.)
