Is this wrong?

Should the above be like the following?

but my focus is whether I "feel hard to do something " is ok or not.

It doesn't have to about speaking English.

I don't think so. You can say instead: It is/seems hard to do something. (if this is what you mean)

Also you use the structure: I feel ADJECTIVE about doing something, as in I feel strange about going to school unprepared (which means something else of course). Although, I wouldn't say: I feel hard about learning English.
