Hi..
Is it OK to say - I don't want to miss you? And if yes, then please tell me what it means.
Thank you

I can pick you up at 8:30, so when you arrive at the station, be sure to be wearing your bright red dress and that tall hat with the feathers, and stand by the northwest column at the top of the main staircase. I don't want to miss you.

Thank you for your responses.
Where I come from, people often say - I don't want to miss you/ I will never miss you - to assure the other person that "I will always be in touch with you".
I'd like to understand if the above sentence(s) are appropriate for the scenario mentioned.. if not, which word can we use instead of "miss"?
