I'm a native English speaker in the US and I can't understand it. It sounds like:

"This is your heeden. Just tend to the point cloud. Wow, that's pretty cool."

But this makes no sense at all. If there was some context in which this appears, that might help with understanding it. The speaker appears to be a non-native English speaker, and speaking with an accent. What count

It's an Australian documentary about brain. I think the accent is for New Zealand, since he talk just like Pippin in the Lord of the Rings! I guess, based on what I see in the documentary he says: "This is you head, reduced into a point cloud"
