1. Please comment on this dialogue.

2. Could B say 'Neither do I' instead?

3. How would you rephrase what A said?

Am I correct that 'I don't think so either' is more formal than 'Neither do I' and 'Me neither' ?

I don't know about the first two, but "Me neither" is decidedly less formal than the other two.
