I don't think she got what he was saying

I'm trying to see the if there are any differences and mistakes in the following sentences but I can't

- I don't think she got what he was saying

- I don't think she got what he said

- I don't think she was getting what he was saying

- I don't think she got what he'd said

Could any of you kind teachers tell me if any of the sentences is not correct or if they are all correct and there are some differences?
