I don't see what the where is

The absence of article in I like Freda and I like music makes the two nouns only superfically similar; in the former there is no article where in the latter there is zero article which can constrast with the. Compare

*I like Freda, but the Freda this evening is boring.

I like music, but the music this evening is boring.



I don't see where is what. Besides, where is an essential? I mean

(in the former there is no article, in the latter there is zero article which can constrast with the)

This in which 'where' does not exist comes over me clearly.
