I don't really dance much.

1) "I don't really dance much"

Does it mean ' I rarely dance ' or 'I'm not good at dancing'?

What is the meaning of 'much'?

2) "Maybe but I doubt it".

What is the meaning of "I doubt it'? Does it mean "I don't think so' or I'm not sure'?

Thanks in advance.
