Hello, would you please tell me what the real meaning of "I don't know! you tell me!"?

e.g.

Carol: Have you had any favorite experiences as a Juke so far?

Neal: I don't know. You tell me.

A duke is a title giving links to royalty. There is no word as Juke that I know other than Jukebox which is something completely different.
