I don't know who he is.

I believe the following are grammatically correct, if not please comment.

  • I don't know who he is.
  • I don't know who the person is.

I believe the following is grammatically wrong if not please comment.

  • I don't know who is he.

I'm not sure about the following. I think I did come across it. Could that be possibly correct in some circumstances.

  • I don't know who is the person.
