I don't know my sentence is true or false

"Sometimes in life I have to stop and think something over, but not this time".

Help me, please. Thank you.

You don't mean "true or false" (I assume). To answer whether the statement is true or false, we would need to know whether or not you really are going to think this over. What you presumably want to know is whether it is correct English, which it is.

I think it is a true statement, because it is reasonable and happens to me sometimes.

But only you know if it is really true because it is a first-person sentence.
