i don't have time vs i have no time The second one has a sense of impatience to it. " But if you said "I have no time for that right now, " it has a sharpness to it - I'm too busy, go away. You can use the first one to be sharp as well, but it would have to be in your tone of voice and you would probably break out the "do NOT" into separate words.
