1. I don't have three pens.

2. I don't have pens.

3. I don't have any pen.

4. I don't have any pens.

I think all of them are correct. Am I right? I just have a little doubt on #2.

They are all OK in context.

1. I don't have three pens. I only have two.

2. I don't have pens. We only sell pencils.

3. I don't have any pen. I can't sign this document. ('a pen' is more usual)

4. I don't have any pens. They're all gone.
