At 4:23, Ellen says:So, it won't be in theaters until 2015. But in Australia, I think that's tomorrow.I don't get this joke.Please help.

Ellen is filming her show in Los Angeles, California. That's on the other side of the international date line from Australia. When it's Tuesday in L.A., it's Wednesday in Australia, i.e., it's always "tomorrow" in Australia. I suppose the joke is that she's making herself look like she doesn't know the real meaning of the international date line. A great deal of Ellen's humor is based on making stupid remarks.

Kangaroos, which are native to Australia, have pouches, or rather the females do, which hold the young kangaroos after they are born and before they are able to live independently. The associations are quite varied that one might make in finding the humor of asking a human being to show what is in his or her "pouch". There is no direct reference to any particular organs, male or female, sexual or otherwise, so the joke is very mild and based on making the listener a little confused, or even possibly, a little embarrassed, about what, exactly, to think. You have to realize that Ellen's humor is very much based on saying inane things that can be quite vague. At times we're not sure whether she means something as a joke or not, and she gets laughs just because she causes the embarrassment of not knowing exactly what she means, if anything.
