I do respect / RESPECT you.

I am sorry about asking similar questions often.

I would like to know both ways are possible, when we put an emphasis on verbs like below

I do respect you.

I RESPECT you.

And they carry the same meaning or is there a different situation where I have to use each of them?

What do you native English speakers think? Thank you so much!

Both are possible; the first one has an emphasis that might be used, for example, to contradict an opposite opinion that has been expressed, or when the speaker thinks that the addressee might believe otherwise.
