I do not understand using "That" in the sentence below ?

Dhinka Chika" ( an Indian song) are the front runners currently, these are two other melodies numbers from the film that people tapping their feet to.

There are various errors in this. The last part could be corrected to:

... these are two numbers from the film that people tap their feet to.

I.e. people tap their feet to the numbers (songs).

Something is also wrong with the start of the sentence. Maybe the start has been truncated. The sentence is also a comma splice.
