Overall, it is easy to be seen that the rate of Argentina was experienced an increase, while Australia’ ratio declined significantly and Thailand’ data fluctuated over the period.

Looking at the table in more details, 235 thousand was seen in the data on Argentina in 2003, which was followed by a steady growth to 466 thousand after 6 years. Whereas, the rate of Australia accounted for about 452 thousand in the starting year, and it fell dramatically to 341 thousand in 2005 before going down sharply to 245 thousand in the final year.

The ratio of Thailand was 735 thousand in 2003, and it witnessed a significant rise to one million in the following 2 years, which was also the highest figure compared to other nations. Finally, the figure for Thailand declined slightly to nearly 999 thousand in 2009.

There are three errors.

1. Illustrate means "draw a picture" It is incorrect when there is no picture to look at. A table, graph or chart is not a picture.

A map is a picture.
A diagram is a picture.
Use "illustrate" for figures that are pictures, like this one.

The diagram illustrates how clay pots are made.

Verbs for tables:

The table lists the number of cars...
The table gives the number of cars...
The table compares the number of cars...

2. Number is a better word than quantity. .

3. between 2003 and 2009.

This means all the time between those two years. That is, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009. Is that what is in the table?

Use "between" for line graphs.

This is a much more accurate first sentence.

1. There are no rates in this table. Do not use the word "rate" unless it is specifically written as a unit of measure on the figure. For example "employment rate," "production rate," "interest rate" or "exchange rate."

These are numbers that count the number of cars.

2. Numbers do not have experiences. People have experiences. Never use "experience" in Task 1 as a verb with a subject of a quantity or data value. Do not use "witness" or "see". Numbers cannot see things. They do not have eyes!

Here are some sentences about the data in the table for Argentina:

The number of cars produced in Argentina went up.
The number of cars manufactured in Argentina increased.
There were more cars produced in Argentina in 2009 than in 2005 and more in 2005 than in 2003.
Production of cars in Argentina nearly doubled from 2003 to 2009.
Argentina produced about twice as many cars in 2009 as it did in 2003.
Argentina's production went up twofold.
Argentina's production increased by a factor of 2.

You also used the verb in passive voice. That is incorrect.

Mary experienced a serious car accident.

3. A ratio needs two values.

For example, humans have more male children than female children. The ratio of male babies to female babies is 105:100.

The ratio of men to women in Electrical Engineering is 10 to 1. ( For every 10 men engineers, there is only one woman.)

The ratio of men to women in my English class is 6:8. (For every 6 men there are 8 women.)

4. The possessive form requires the ending 's: Mary's, Thailand's, Apple's

Apple's iPhone is better than an Android phone.

5. Fluctuate is seldom a good choice in Task 1. Read my description of the verb.

For this table:

Argentina's production increased, Australia's decreased, and Thailand's production varied. It went up in 2005 over 2003 but then decreased between 2005 and 2009.

If these sentences are too difficult for you to write independently, then your level of English is too low for the IELTS tests. You will get poor scores.

Only students at high intermediate to advanced levels will get a band score of 6 or more.
