Generally, in England, we might say "I do, .... sometimes" with a pause that would imply we are thinking about our answer. Otherwise, we would probably say "I sometimes do" especially if we were continuing the sentence, eg. "I sometimes do decide to go out on the spur of the moment". The first one is more of a stand alone phrase, ie. nothing more to it, just the three
