I didn’t know that. Help me please!

Dear Teachers

A conversation between A and B

A: It is very good for your body to eat apples every day.

Q1:

B: I didn’t know that.

If B means that I didn’t know that (before), until now you tell me.

Or I didn’t know that, but now I know.

Q2:

B: I don’t know that.

If it means that B now still doesn’t know that, and won’t believe that.

Or now he is still not sure that is true or wrong about what A says.

Q3:

B: I know that.

If person B means that I know that is true.

Or I didn’t know that, but now I know that because you tell me that now.

Or I didn’t know that (before), until now you tell me.

Or I don’t know that until now you tell me that.

Another pop-up question >>

Can person B answer this by substitutingI know. for “I know that.”?

Q4:

B: I knew that.

If it means that I knew that, before you tell me that now.

Q5

B: I have known that.

(If it is correct? Why or why not)

Any example for me please?

Q6

B: I haven’t known that.

(If it is correct? Why or why not)

Any example for me please?

Thanks a lot

1.If the answer of QI knew that." is not much politer than Q I have known that for a long time.” ?

2. I didn’t know that until now you tell me. if it seems = "I did not know that. You told me, so now I know."
why or why not?

Jacky56Lin1.If the answer of Q4 ”I knew that." is not much politer than Q5” I have known that for a long time.” ?
Q4 seems less polite because it is shorter, but of course, impoliteness depends on the tone of voice.
Jacky56Lin2. I didn’t know that until now you tell me. if it seems = "I did not know that. You told me, so now
