Is it "where you did you go"? or "Where did you go"?

And I guess I can also say, "Where you gone?"

It should be "Where did you go?" You could also say "Where were you?"

"Where you gone?" is not correct. ("Were you gone?" is okay, if that's what you mean.)

No, it doesn't. It just means "Did you go away?" It doesn't ask where you went, although of course the person might include that information in their reply.
