I didn't enjoy any of the books, but I did enjoy certain aspects of each (one?) of them.

Hi

Is this sentence natural? Should I use "each one" or "each"?

I didn't enjoy any of the books, but I did enjoy certain aspects of each (one?) of them.

Thanks,

Thanks, Dave!

Am I supposed to understand that the sentence is perfectly natural?

Yes. I would say either of then but using each on its own would be more natural.
