I didnt download get.whitesmoke.com on my phone.
to whom it iimay concern, i did not ever download get.whitesmoke.com on my phone. i just noticed on my download history it states cannot download, this content is not supported on this phone. it was attempted once on december twenty two and twice on december twenty fourth. how could this happen ? thx, victoria briscoe @ Email Removed

If you're sending this to whitesmoke, what are you asking them to do. Your only question is "How could this happen?" That's not really the point,is it? You either want them to fix it (or advise you on how to make the download happen) or refund your money, right?
So, try to write this letter again, directing it to Customer Service instead of "to whom it may concer
