I did told you or I did tell you

should I use " I did told you or I did tell you" because when I was watching some movies, I saw these two sentences. Maybe something is wrong to the captions

Impossible. Forms of do (do, does, did) can be followed only by the plain form (uninflected form; dictionary form; base form) of a verb. 'tell' is the dictionary form of 'told', so only 'tell' can occur there.
