I couldn't guess what it is..

Hello

please help me with this in red:

what is it? a book, a magazine or an article? I want to learn a technique if there is one, I mean I tried to guess taking into consideration that the word is capitalized and written in italics, I also noticed the date, and I assume it's a book. Is there a hint there to guess or should we ,in such cases, search online right away?

Please guide me.
