"I copied an image."

Hello, everyone. My name is Yasu.
Could you answer my question?
http://tumblr.9gag.com/post/16095633465/via-9gag-f-k-you-sopa

I can make out each sentence out of this situation.
But I can't understand why this is funny.
"I killed a man, and you?" is OK.
I can understand it but "I copied an image." confuse me.
Does this sentence have extra mean?

Top answer

The 'extra meaning' is that some people (mostly photographers) get very angry when someone copies their photo from the internet and think that such a person is as bad a criminal as a murderer. You may laugh or not at this, depending on your stance regarding proprietary rights.
