I come out of bed later than I wake up.

I'm trying to say that I get out later than actually I wake up.

I come out of bed later than I wake up.

Is that right?

It would be "I get out of bed later than I wake up", but it seems oddly phrased to me. I have to think about what it means. I suggest an alternative such as "When I wake up, I don't get out of bed straight away".
