00Is it a TOEFL vocabulary quiz? For me it's extremely difficult. Some words are rarely used in everyday English. I didn't know "disparage"(=belittle/discredit: antonym of 'flatter'), "egregious" (=very bad) and "scathe" (=damage). Furthermore this quiz seems to demand some knowledge of quantum physics. 00Thank you for the reply. I'm surprised to know GRE verbal test is so difficult. Likely you need to have a vocabulary size of more than 50,000 words to get good scores in the test. But I'm sure you'll get it soon. 02br
