I CAN'T WITH TODAY

Hi! I came across this tweet today.

What does "I CAN'T WITH TODAY" mean? Where is the verb?

Thanks!

It doesn't make sense in normal terms. It is either a typo, or, if it is intentional, it seems to be the deliberate omission of a verb of phrase after "can't" for some kind of effect.

It is not a mistake. It is an idiom used in the US, mostly by women in my experience, to express the (not serious) feeling of "I give up trying" when it seems that there is nothing working out as it should in the person's day.
