'I can't wait' idiom in the future tense?

Could a teacher or a native speaker help me with this please?

The future tense of "I can't wait to get my presents, I'm so excited?

Is the future possible with the idiom "I can't wait to do something'? If not what do you propose I say?

1 If you tell her what you bought her, she won't be able to wait to get her present and christmas is all about waiting and surprises.

2 If you tell her what you bought her, she will be like “I can't wait to get my present” and christmas is all about waiting and surprises.

1 I'm in no hurry to go to vegas. If it was New York we were going to, I wouldn't be able to wait.

2 I'm in no hurry to go to vegas. If it was New York we were going to, I would have been like “I can't wait to go”.

What is the future tense and conditional tense of "I can't wait to go to NY?) as in I'm so excited I can't wait.

Thank you so much

-- The sentence is simple present; it is just the verb 'wait' that points to a future event. If not what do you propose I say? -- What is it that you want to say?
