I can't understand some words

Hi teachers~

I was looking for short videos on restaurant English for my class and I have found one.

I am having a hard time understanding some words so I would really appreciate it if you could help me.

There must be a ton of good videos but I picked this because it's short and the narrator speaks slow.

So it would really help if you let me know whether this video is ok.

Q1. I can't catch some words between "about.com" (00:05) and "talking about"

Q2. (02:08)After "add it to the credit card receipt", it sounds like "as there is place for it in North America".

I am wondering if I got it right.

Q.3. (00:35) The waitress said "from the market." What does that mean? (any reason she lets customers know where it comes form?)

I have tried a lot, but I still haven't figured them out.

Thank you so much in advance.
