"I can't stand YOU/YOUR criticizing anything I do!"
1) Is the sentence correct?
2) Which is the best option?

The sentence is correct.

I've always used "your" in this situation, but most native speakers use "you," especially in casual conversation.
There used to be a rule about using the possessive with gerunds, but I guess it's gone.
