I can't look.

A guy has been shot in the leg -

Oh my God. Is it bad? I can't look.


- Is 'I can't look' idiomatic here if he's to scared to look at the wound knowing it probably will look bad.

- Or would you add 'at it' or is that only if he has seen the wound but won't look at it again?
