Ungrammatical!

In very casual speech, it would be negative, and very bad English.

The correct form would be, "I can do nothing for you."

In some languages, eg Spanish, a double negative is correctly used to indicate a positive.

In English, we sometimes (jokingly) point out that a double negative makes a positive (as in math).

But it's never "correct."

As an "aside," we'd appreciate it if you made an effort to use standard capitalization, punctuation, and spelling.

Thanks, -- A.
