Is the given text correct?

It all sounds correct to me, except I think I would say "for a while" at the end of the last sentence instead of "for some time".

Hi Jackson - It's OK as is, I have changed it a bit to fit the way I would say it in casual conversation.
Jackson6612I can't believe I forgot it. I think I just misplaced it somewhere in my mind and I will find (or recall / remember) it in a while. In the meantime, let's just talk about something else. for some time.
