I can't believe he is going to marry the girl who cheated on me.

Dear all,

Please see the following sentences. I can't make out their exact meaning. Could you please tell me whether their meanings are the same as given in the bracket beside each?

1) I can't believe he is going to marry the girl who cheated on me. ( A girl cheated on me. I can't believe he is going to marry her.)

2) I can't believe he is going to marry the girl with whom he cheated on me. ( He cheated on me with the help of a girl. I can't believe the fact that now he is going to marry her.)
