I cannot write

I have a problem I speak English at least 4 years but I facing many difficulties in writing. is anyone has or had this issues? how can I overcome ?

Buy a grammar book meant for foreign students of English or get someone to teach you the basic grammar of English. You make very bad mistakes in the use of tenses, for example. If there is an English grammar book meant for speakers of your native language, that would be a good option in your case.

Take an English text and translate it into your native tongue. Next, try to translate it back into English from your native tongue text without looking into the (English) original text. After that compare your English writing with the original text. Practice it regularly and you'll see an improvement in writing sooner r
